How we work

1. Contact and survey: you send us measurements and photos, or we arrange a visit to measure on site.

2. Design: we prepare a design showing the layout of units and appliances and review it with you until you approve the final look.

3. Materials and quotation: you choose materials, colours and fittings and receive a detailed quotation.

4. Contract and manufacturing: once the contract is signed and the design approved, manufacturing starts within the agreed time.

5. Delivery and installation: the kitchen is installed on site, then checked with you and handed over.

6. After-sales: we follow up any remarks after use in line with the warranty terms written in the contract.
